What did Paula have to offer?

For 20 years my passion has been HR and Recruiting. I love working with people and being able to be an advocate for both the employees and the company I am working with. I am at my best when I am able to build relationships, figure out where there may be areas for improvement, and provide guidance and support in order to make things run more smoothly.
